The cost of sludge disposal includes: sludge transportation cost, site cost, sludge drying cost, etc. The cost of sludge drying includes electricity cost, depreciation cost of sludge treatment equipment, labor cost, management cost, etc. In terms of transportation cost, the transportation cost is relatively less when the disposal site is near, and higher when the transportation location is far away, so there are some differences in this part.
If the energy consumption of sludge treatment equipment used in the project is very low, it can save a lot of expenses for the project with a daily sludge treatment capacity of more than 100 tons. In addition, compared with the mechanical sludge treatment equipment, the automatic sludge treatment equipment only needs one person to supervise multiple sludge treatment production lines. Today, with the increasing labor cost, the intangible cost of treatment is also saved. In addition, if the enterprise chooses the deep dehydration treatment equipment, not only the reduction of sludge volume is obvious, but also the later transportation cost and sludge disposal cost will be reduced correspondingly.
At present, the sludge disposal plan in China tends to be resource-based utilization, and sludge composting, sludge incineration heating power generation, sludge brick making, cement making and other plans occupy the mainstream. When the sludge treatment plan is determined, the approximate cost range of sludge treatment is also basically determined. For example, sludge landfilling includes sludge drying, sludge transportation cost, landfill use cost, etc., and the standard sludge landfill treatment cost is about 200 yuan / ton; sludge incineration cost is about 100-300 yuan / ton, but accompanied by high resource value; sludge composting treatment cost is 90-150 yuan / ton.
