The drum is sealed with natural rubber and the sugarcane juice is collected by 304 stainless steel water collecting tray, which is in line with food safety. Additional dust-proof door ring packaging to prevent external dust.

The main parts of the main engine are made of high-quality stainless steel, including the main dehydration roller, bucket, nozzle, water collecting tower, mudguard or instrument panel, etc.

The main frame is welded with high-quality international square pipe, with high-strength anti-corrosion coating on the surface, zinc rich epoxy resin on the bottom, epoxy micaceous iron in the middle, fluorocarbon paint on the surface and four paint on the whole machine. Ng process can resist acid, alkali and rust for more than 10 years.

The bearing seat is fully sealed with high quality cast iron, and the bearing adopts Dalian metallurgical double row roller bearing, which has better bearing strength and wear resistance than single row roller bearing. Press roll, drive roll and traveling roll are made of high quality seamless, durable and guaranteed for three years. According to the physical characteristics of different filter materials, different filter screens are used.
