Structure and application of belt press

On the other hand, the filter belt is wrapped in the shape of “s” to produce the shear force of shaving surface pressure. As the diameter of the pressing roller is gradually reduced, the pressure on the material between the filter belts is gradually increased, and a small amount of water is continuously discharged. A large amount of water in the material is squeezed and discharged by the strong pair of pinch rolls, and collected and discharged by the sink. After the internal and external filter belts are separated, the dehydrated filter cake (fruit residue) on the working surface of the internal and external filter belts is scraped off by the wear-resistant scraping device. Later, the high-pressure solid conical convex cleaning nozzle forms a fan-shaped cross water belt to continuously wash the mesh belt to maintain the continuous dehydration effect.
