1. When the filter plate of the pressure filter is not cleaned up, sometimes the medium will leak out. Once the leakage occurs, the edge of the plate and frame will be washed out one by one small ditch. A large amount of medium leakage causes the pressure cannot be increased and the mud cake cannot be formed.
2. If the outlet is blocked by solid or the feed valve or outlet valve is closed during start-up, there is no leakage of pressure, so as to cause damage.
3. When the feeding is insufficient or there are improper solid particles in the feed, the plate and frame will be damaged due to excessive stress.
4. When the sludge is too thick or dry, it will cause the blockage of the feed port. At this time, there is no medium between the filter plates of the filter press, only the pressure of the hydraulic system itself is left. At this time, the plate itself is easily damaged due to long-term pressure.
