Structure and working principle

1. The manual plate and frame filter press is composed of filter frame, filter cloth, filter plate and filter plate cloth, and the frame part that compresses the filter part (hand wheel and Jack)

      In the figure, 2 is the fixed head plate and 6 is the movable tail plate. Filter frame, filter cloth 4 and filter plate 3 are arranged between the two end plates. All filter frames and filter plates can be placed on the beam 8 with the help of their own handles on both sides, and can move horizontally along the beam. The screw 9 is hinged with the pressing plate.

      The washing liquid is discharged from the inlet hole and the collecting hole respectively. Connect the pipeline according to the type of filter press you choose.

The hydraulic pressure plate frame filter press is composed of main engine (frame and filter chamber), hydraulic components and electrical parts.

2.1 host part

      The main engine consists of two beams, two ends of which are respectively fixed on the two sides of thrust plate 1 and hydraulic cylinder seat 11 to form the frame. A number of filter chambers composed of filter frame 3, filter plate 4 and filter cloth 5 are arranged vertically on the left and right crossbeams 8, and can be moved horizontally along the beam. The hold down plate 7 is hinged to the piston rod 9. Driven by the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, it moves forward and backward to compress the filter frame and filter plate. When the hydraulic working pressure is reached, turn the locking nut 10 to lock and maintain the pressure. Then turn off the motor to feed and filter.

2.2 hydraulic components

      The hydraulic components are composed of hydraulic auxiliary parts (oil tank and oil filter), hydraulic pump, valve, hydraulic cylinder and pipeline. Refer to the hydraulic system schematic.

      The hydraulic oil needs to be filtered through 20 μ m aperture, and the oil is filled to the upper limit of the liquid level line. The motor drives the oil pump, and the pressure oil enters the hydraulic cylinder through the solenoid valve. The piston is pushed to complete the pressing and loosening process of the filter chamber. Hydraulic working pressure values are shown in the inserts of various models and specifications.
