1. There are filter cake and other impurities attached to the surface of the filter plate sealing surface, and there is always a large gap after the filter plate is compressed. Therefore, the sealing surface should be cleaned after removing the filter cake

2. The jacking force of pressing the filter plate is not enough. When the feeding pressure is increased, the force between the filter plates will open the filter plate and cause spraying.

3. The sealing surface of the filter plate has a through groove or the filter plate itself has been damaged.

4. It may be that the feeding pressure is too high to cause spraying. Many users do not install a pressure gauge on the feeding pipeline, which leads to the feed pressure out of control and eventually causes the spraying.
