Brief introduction of rubber belt of vacuum belt filter for sewage treatment equipment

1. Acid and alkali resistant filter belt is suitable for acid-base contact working environment, such as phosphate fertilizer manufacturing, alumina industry, catalyst (4A zeolite) and other industries. The covering rubber is compounded with rubber and filled with inert materials with excellent acid and alkali resistance, which is superior to that of chloroprene rubber. The framework material is polyester canvas, which is more reliable than the surface canvas core in acid and alkali resistance. Pure glue is used in the drain hole to prevent the acid and alkali solution from penetrating through the cloth layer, so that the filter belt is stratified and the service life of the filter belt is reduced.

2. Heat resistant filter belt is mainly used to filter high temperature materials, 80 ℃ < temperature < 180 ℃. According to the main performance of resistance to tropical damage and loss of working capacity. For different heat resistance grades, ethylene propylene diene monomer or styrene butadiene rubber is used as covering glue. High strength polyester canvas is used as framework material. Heat resistant glass cloth is laid between covering glue and framework layer. Heat resistant pure rubber layer is used for drain hole to prevent damage of high temperature on skeleton. The service life of the heat-resistant filter belt is greatly improved.

3. The covering rubber of oil resistant filter belt is mainly made of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber with high acrylonitrile content, and polyester canvas is used as framework material. It is suitable for filtering, oil-bearing materials and working oil contact environment. It has the advantages of low volume change rate, high strength and wide application range.

4. The core of the cold resistant filter belt is polyester canvas, and the covering rubber is a mixture of natural rubber and cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, which has the characteristics of high elasticity, impact resistance and cold resistance. It can be used normally at – 40 ℃.
