The coal feeder discharges the raw coal onto the belt conveyor and sends it to the vibrating screen. The fine coal under the screen flows directly into the jigging coal washing machine, and the large coal that is screened out is sent to the crusher, and then falls into the coal washing machine after being broken. After the fine coal is washed and jigged, the gangue and mid-coal in the fine coal are precipitated in sections according to their specific gravity. The gangue and mid-coal are discharged by the automatic gangue discharging device, and the gangue and mid-coal are respectively discharged by bucket elevators and poured into their respective storage yards for sale. The clean coal floats on the upper layer and flows into the coal pit along the water, and is picked up from the coal pit by a bucket elevator, put on the belt conveyor and sent to the clean coal yard for draining. The slime water in the coal washing process carries fine coal particles, coal powder and impurities floating on the water. It overflows from the coal pit and flows to the buffer tank. The impurities are filtered off on the way, and the slime water is pumped to the pre-conditioner by the sewage pump. Add kerosene and foaming agent and stir evenly, then the fine coal particles are separated by flotation machine and sent to the clean coal field by belt. The slime water after flotation flows to the radial flow thickening tank for concentration. The pulverized coal deposited at the bottom of the thickening tank is pumped into the filter press by the sewage pump, and the coal slurry after pressure filtration is sold as slime. The clear coal water after precipitation is overflowed into the circulation tank for reuse.
