    The filter press is an important equipment for closed-circuit recycling and washing water in the coal preparation plant’s slime plant. With the rapid development of China’s mechanized coal mining technology, coal preparation plants have become larger and larger, the coal quality has deteriorated, and the problem of increased slime has also come. 1. Quick-opening diaphragm filter press China developed the quick-opening diaphragm filter press earlier in the 1990s. It was put on the market in the late 1990s. It is a KM-type fast diaphragm filter press. It uses a filter medium to remove discrete insoluble solid particles from Pressure filter equipment for separating liquid. (4) The filtrate flow detection device was developed, the filter chamber was well filled, and the whole process of the filter press system was automated.
2. The basic filter mechanism of the quick-open dry filter press is composed of a hot-pressed membrane filter plate and a drying plate placed at intervals. The mechanical filtration of the suspension and cake is completed in the filter chamber; then it enters the hot-press filter drying and dehydration stage. That is, pass the fluid heat medium (steam or heat transfer oil) into the drying plate while vacuuming the drainage channel, and mechanically squeeze the filter cake with a diaphragm, so that the capillary water of the filter cake near the drying plate will evaporate due to conduction and heating in a short time. , The generated steam expands sharply, driving the capillary water of the filter cake farther from the drying plate to gush out of the surface of the filter cake in liquid form and be removed.

According to the relationship between the moisture in the coal and the calorific value, the calorific value can increase by 4118kJ for every 1% decrease in the moisture content, and the storage of coal slurry will not block the silo after the moisture of the coal is reduced, thus eliminating the problem of environmental pollution caused by open storage. The quick-open dry filter press condenses the two operating links of mechanical filtration and thermal drying into one, which not only realizes the deep dehydration of flotation clean coal, but also increases the value of coal slime products from coal preparation by-products into commercial steam coal. Since the price of thermal coal is 3 to 4 times that of coal slime, the use of this equipment can bring obvious economic benefits to enterprises. In recent years, the coal slurry output of coal preparation plants has become larger and larger. The quick-opening dry filter press just caters to this market gap and has broad development prospects. 3. Pressurized filter Press filter At present, the pressurized filter technology is still under continuous development and exploration.
