    Belt filter press product introduction:

The belt filter press is divided into three steps for filtering and dehydrating functions:
Working principle of belt filter press:
1. Gravity dehydration zone
The sludge from the wastewater treatment plant is pumped into the sludge mixing tank and mixed with the polymer aggregating agent, so that the fine suspended particles in the sludge are bridged by the polymer aggregating agent to form a latex (floc) Larger particles in the shape of a gravitational flow, then overflow from the upper end of the stirring tank into the subsequent pressing and dewatering operation.
2. Pressure dehydration zone
After the sludge enters the pressure dehydration zone from the gravity dehydration zone, the upper and lower filter cloths begin to gradually squeeze the sludge for dehydration.
3. Pressurized dehydration zone
The sludge moves with the filter cloth into the pressurized dewatering zone. Between the six vertical rollers, the diameter of the rollers increases from larger to smaller, and the pressure gradually increases. The upper and lower filter cloths are placed on different rollers. The shearing force on the sludge caused by the change of up and down positions squeezes out the capillary water in the gel feather mud to produce a relatively dry sludge cake.

Belt filter press performance:

The two sides are rapidly dehydrated during the filter press process, shortening the dehydration time. The smaller roller arrangement and the change of the contact angle of the filter belt ensure the best combination of pressure and shear force, thereby greatly increasing the solid content of the mud cake and the dehydration times effectiveness.
Features of belt filter press:
The tension of the filter belt is realized by an inflated cylinder, so that the entire filter belt maintains a constant tension without changing the tension due to changes in the feed amount, which is convenient for operation and management. The filter press has automatic detection of the filter belt. The position of the pressure wheel and the air pressure control system with automatic correction. For the wide filter belt filter press, it is also equipped with an automatic sludge feeding device to ensure that the sludge enters the double filter belt in a balanced manner, thereby improving filtration efficiency and extending the life of the filter belt.
