Automatic control: The electric control cabinet is an automatic control system with PLC (programmable controller) as the core and can communicate with the central control room. When the equipment is working automatically, set the automatic-manual transfer switch on the control cabinet to the automatic position, press the automatic operation start button, the equipment will automatically complete the filter belt tensioning in sequence according to the set program, the main drive motor of the dehydrator, and the mixer , The flushing pump, the medicament pump, and the sludge belt conveyor are started and the equipment enters the automatic operation state. Under working conditions, the dehydrator is equipped with filter belt automatic correction and deviation adjustment mechanism, filter belt over-deflection alarm mechanism and emergency stop mechanism to ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment. When the system stops working, you can press the stop button. At this time, the drug pump stops working, but other equipment in the system is still working. After the set time, other systems stop working. At this time, the entire system is in a stopped working state.

Manual control: When the equipment is running manually, set the automatic-manual transfer switch on the control cabinet to the manual position (Note: some users only need manual control, so there is no automatic-manual transfer switch on the control cabinet). At this time, you can control The corresponding start and stop buttons set on the cabinet control the operation and stop of each device in the system.

Manual operation procedure:
(1) First turn on the power switch, the control system has power, the power indicator light is on; then press the filter belt tension start button, the indicator light is on, then the tensioning cylinder starts to tension slowly, when the system pressure reaches the predetermined value (less than 0.5 Mpa), the system is under full pressure, that is, the filter belt has been tensioned, and the system is in a state of preparation.
(2) Press the main motor button of the dehydrator (Note: the main motor is divided into forward and reverse rotation, reverse rotation is used when replacing the filter belt), the main speed regulating motor starts, the filter belt starts to run, and the filter belt speed is adjusted to Predetermined value.
(3) Press the flushing pump button to flush the filter belt for one cycle (about 4-6 minutes). Read the flushing pressure at 0.5-0.8Mpa.
(4) Press the conveyor button to start the sludge conveying equipment.
(5) Press the button of the dosing pump. At this time, the operator needs to stand at the discharge port of the secondary mixing system to observe, and adjust the sludge pump flow to a certain value, and then adjust the flow of the medicament pump to make the mud and medicine mix well. Good condition (Note: The operator must observe that the mud medicine has reached a good floc state).
Stop procedure: When the equipment needs to be stopped, stop in the following order.
(1) Press the stop button of the drug pump to stop the drug pump.
(2) After the sludge pump stops working, the main engine of the dehydrator, the washing pump, and the sludge conveyor must continue to operate to discharge all the sludge on the equipment. At this time, the above equipment still has to continue to run for two cycles to flush the filter belt Clean, transport the sludge to the designated location, and discharge the remaining gas. When you are sure that the above work is completed, press the stop button of the flushing water pump and screw conveyor. When the main engine of the dehydrator is stopped, the speed controller will be reset to zero, and the regulator will be turned off. Speedometer switch, press the dehydrator stop button.
(3) Press the cylinder filter belt release button, at this time the cylinder rod retracts and the filter belt relaxes.
(4) Turn off the power switch. At this time, the system is in a stopped working state.
(Note: The reversal of the main drive motor adopts jog control, which is mainly used when installing the filter belt, that is, when one filter belt is worn, another filter belt can be put on by reversing jog) .
