How to choose belt filter press

Automatic plate pulling system: it belongs to the function of auxiliary cake unloading. It can also reduce the irregular arrangement of the filter plate caused by human factors.

Bending vibration system: it belongs to the function of auxiliary cake unloading. On the basis of the bending system, a vibration device is added. When the bending arm opens the press cloth, the press cloth hanger rod is quickly shaken by the cylinder, and the hanger rod is quickly bounced back under the action of the tension spring, so that the filter cake falls off from the surface of the press cloth.

It is suitable for the material filtration operation where the filter cake is difficult to fall off.

Flip plate liquid receiving system: belongs to the supporting device, under the filter plate of the filter press is equipped with two plates that work in coordination. In the filtration process, the two plate surfaces are in a closed state. The dripping liquid in the filtration process or the washing water when washing the filter cloth or the filter plate can be imported into the liquid tank next to it to ensure that the filter cake will not be polluted twice.

After the filtration is completed, the unloader is opened on two turning surfaces.

Press cloth washing system: a matching device, installed above the main beam of the filter press, with automatic walking function, through the valve switch with high pressure water (pressure up to 10Mpa) automatically wash the press cloth.
