Too much powder is added, the concentration of pharmaceutical equipment is too high, or a non-metering pump is used to fill excessive liquid. The formation reaction between the liquid medicine and the sludge is not complete.
　　③When the pipeline static mixer is selected, the chemical solution reaction time is too short or the chemical solution and sludge are fully mixed and contacted.

　　 When replacing the new filter plate, its length, density and thickness should be the same as the original one.
