How does the filter press operate

      Operation steps:

The first step of pressing: the whole machine should be checked before operation of the filter press: check whether the press cloth is discounted or overlapped, and whether the power supply is normally connected.

First press the “start” button, the oil pump starts to work, and then press the “press” button, the piston pushes the pressing plate to press, when the pressing force reaches the set high pressure, the hydraulic system automatically jumps to stop.

The second step of feeding: when the filter press is pressed tight, the feeding operation can be carried out: open the feeding pump, and slowly open the feeding valve, and the feeding pressure gradually increases to the normal pressure.

At this time, observe the liquid out of the filter press and the leakage between the filter plate. After filtering for a period of time, the liquid out of the liquid hole of the filter press is gradually reduced. At this time, it means that the filter residue in the filter chamber is gradually filled.

If washing or air-drying operation is required, the filter cake can be carried out later. If washing or air-drying operation is not required, the cake unloading operation can be carried out.

The third step is washing or air-drying: after the filter cake of the press is filled, close the feed pump and feed valve.

Turn on the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing liquid or air inlet valve, and wash or air dry the filter cake.

After the operation is completed, close the lotion pump or air compressor and its valve, and the cake unloading operation can be carried out.

Step 4 discharge cake: first close the feed pump and inlet valve and valve, the lotion or into the wind device, and then hold down the “release” button on the operation panel, the piston rod drives the pressure plate back, back to the right place, let go of holding down the “release” button, artificial piece pull the filter plate filter cake, clean up the stick on the sealing surface residue at the same time, to prevent the filter residue in seal surface affect the sealing performance, leakage phenomenon.
