1. Leakage due to insufficient compaction
　　 If it is found that some filter plates of the automatic chamber filter press are leaking, there is a problem that the pressing force cannot be formed under normal conditions. The pressure is generally: 15-20Mpa of plastic filter plate. In the case of insufficient pressure, we can gradually increase the pressure, but be careful not to exceed the additional pressure. Proper pressure can ensure the service life of the filter press without leakage. We activate the compression button when we add compression force. At this time, the motor rolls forward and the femoral oil pump starts to work. After pressing the filter plate, adjust the high pressure relief valve clockwise and check the pressure on the pressure gauge. Before starting work, please adjust the pressure to the proper application range.

　　 2. There are impurities on the sealing surface of the filter plate
　　 Due to the debris, the filter plate of the filter press will be squeezed, but the gap formed by the debris will cause a leakage problem. The handling of this type of suspicion is relatively simple. We only need to pay attention to the debris on the sealing surface. Before each press, make sure that there is no debris between the filter plates.
3. Problems caused by folded, uneven filter cloth and irregular arrangement of filter plates
　　Wrinkles and unevenness of the filter cloth can also cause leakage. Therefore, we must question whether we are studying whether the filter cloth is formed by a plate and frame filter press. Since the filter cloth is not flat, the filter plate will not be squeezed tightly, so leakage will occur. If you find this, you must sew a non-woven fabric and make the filter cloth smooth. Uneven placement of filter plates can also cause leakage. Generally speaking, the large displacement of the filter plate should not exceed 5 mm, otherwise it will only show the state of leakage. If this happens, filter plates can be arranged regularly.

　　 In addition to geotextiles, when the feed pressure of the automatic chamber filter press is too high, it will also show leakage. Since the feed pressure is too high, it will show different degrees of back pressure. The pressure must be controlled under additional pressure. In addition, if the flow rate of the feed pump is too large, doubts may arise. The solution to such doubts is to adjust the feed pump valve, install the oil return pipe and open the oil return valve.
