Bending vibration system.

It is an auxiliary cake unloading function. On the basis of the bend system, a vibration device is added. When the bend arm opens the press cloth, the press cloth hanger rod is rapidly vibrated by the cylinder, and the hanger rod quickly recovers under the action of the tension spring, so that the filter cake falls off from the surface of the press cloth.It is suitable for the material filtration operation where the filter cake is difficult to fall off.

Flip plate connection system.

It belongs to a supporting device, and there are two turning plates working in coordination under the filter plate of the filter press. In the filtration process, the two turning plates are in a closed state, and the dripping liquid in the filtration process or the washing water when washing the filter cloth or the filter plate can be imported into the liquid tank next to it, so as to ensure that the filter cake will not be polluted twice.After the filtration is completed, two turning surfaces are opened to unload the cake.
