Extend the life of belt filter press

      After running for a period of time, the flushing water needle of the belt filter press is blocked. 　　

When the flushing water needle is clogged, it is the main reason that the belt filter press produces poor results and runs mud.

Solve the blockage of flushing water needle: 　　

(1) Remove the cleaning head of the water needle, take out the cleaning brush, and turn on the flushing water; 　　

(2) Increase the height of the cleaning water pump in the clean water tank to avoid pumping the sediment at the bottom into the nozzle;

Maintenance of the air filter valve.

The compressed air produced by the air compressor contains a lot of oil stains and water, which can easily cause water accumulation, air leakage, reduction of the air pressure of the pneumatic triplet, and failure of the cylinder’s two-position five-way valve. Therefore, the quality of compressed air is the key to the stable operation of the sludge filter press. The solution to this problem is very simple. You can install a gas dryer at the outlet of the air compressor or install a gas filter with a filter element at the inlet of the gas storage tank. Frequently drain water and check the pressure difference of the gas filter to replace the filter element in time.
