Analysis of the reasons and solutions for the deviation of press cloth

      In the long-term operation process, the sludge treatment system of belt filter press frequently occurs various failures, which affect the stable operation of the system.

The most frequent fault occurs when the press cloth runs off track, which not only greatly reduces the operation effect, but also damages the press cloth and related control components.

Reasons for off-track press cloth:

1. The wear of rectifying roller, driving roller, supporting roller, pressing roller, tensioning roller, guide roller, discharge roller and other rollers, bearing wear and sticking, and sludge bonding on the surface will lead to the deviation of the filter belt.
2. In the process of using belt filter press, the deviation of the roller from the original position or the artificial adjustment of the fixed position of the bearing causes the axis to be not parallel, which will produce the phenomenon of off-track filter belt.
3. In the working process of the belt filter press, if the mud is not uniform, the sludge is biased, and the cloth is not uniform, the force on the left and right sides of the filter belt will be uneven, which leads to the deviation of the filter belt.
4. Because a large amount of water vapor is generated when the nozzle flushing the press cloth, the air compressor will breathe this water vapor into the air storage tank together in the working process, leading to a series of pneumatic components corrosion and porosity blockage, the rectifying valve failure, the rectifying cylinder can not work normally, resulting in the deviation of the press cloth of the belt filter press and the unstable working state.

The solution to the deviation of press cloth:

1. Remove the adhesive sludge on the surface of the roller in time, check the wear of the roller regularly, repair or replace the roller and bearings, and lubricate them.
2. Check and adjust the position of the roller regularly and keep the axes parallel.
3. Check and adjust the mud feeding and mixing device, adjust the mud rake, make the mud evenly distributed, increase the water seepage surface area of the sludge layer, improve the water velocity of the sludge layer, and reduce the deviation of the press cloth.
4. Remove and wash the air valve, and place the air compressor in a dry place to supply air centrally, avoid inhaling water vapor, control the quality of air source, and ensure the air supply of the air service system is clean.
