Filter press maintenance system

      Basic maintenance guidelines:

1. The belt filter press (including all accessories) must be used, maintained and maintained by a dedicated person.

2. Before starting the filter press in each shift, the operator must carefully check the lubrication of each lubrication point and the fastening of each part to ensure that the whole machine is well lubricated, clean and tidy.

3. For all parts with a speed control device, the speed must be at the zero or low speed position when starting up, and must be adjusted to the zero position or low speed position when shutting down; mechanical speed control devices must not be adjusted when stopping.

4. Carefully protect the motor and electrical equipment, and do not allow sludge and water to enter the motor and control box.

5. It is strictly forbidden to place tools on the filter belt or in the machine to avoid accidents.

6. When the filter press is started, the operator must stick to the post and pay attention to the working status of the filter press at any time, whether there is any abnormal noise and smell: whether there is any debris entering the sludge pump or the filter press; whether the filter cloth cleanliness is normal, rinse water Whether the supply is normal.

7. Check the water level in the gas-water separator of the air compressor and the oil level in the lubricator. If necessary, drain water and add lubricating oil under no pressure.

8. After the belt filter press is finished, the operator must:

(1) Rinse (wipe) the inside and outside of the compressor (including all accessories) to ensure that the filter cloth of the filter press is clean, the inside and outside are clean, and the site is clean to ensure that there is no mud and scale deposits.

(2) Use a wooden scraper to clean the scraper and scrub it.

(3) Wipe clean the flocculant dosing tools.

2. Maintenance of key parts of belt filter press:

1. Sludge metering pump, flocculant metering pump, filtrate pump part:

(1) Check the sludge metering pump, flocculant metering pump and driving part, and solve the abnormal situation of water leakage (sludge) and driving device.

(2) Check the water discharge and leakage of the filtrate pump.

(3) Clean the flocculant mixing and dilution equipment; clean the flocculant diffuser (if used).

2. Air compressor part:

(1) Check the oil level of the air compressor and add enough if it is insufficient.

(2) Drain the condensed water from the gas storage tank.

(3) Clean the air filter.

(4) Manually check the air compressor safety valve function.

3. Filter press:

(1) All rolling bearings are filled with calcium-based or lithium-based grease.

(2) Add calcium-based grease to the transmission gear.

(3) Clean the guide roller slideway and add grease.

(4) Add lubricating oil to the bracket and U-shaped ring pin of the belt guiding and tensioning cylinder.

(5) Check the filtrate tank and bottom water tank in the drainage area and pressure area to wash the deposited sludge.

(6) Check the rubber water seal on each rotating shaft and reset it if necessary.

(7) Check the condition of the filter belt.

3. Periodic inspection and maintenance of belt sludge filter press

1. Regularly check the drive motor of the equipment, mainly checking the temperature rise and sound of the equipment.

2. Regularly check the entire system function of the filter press control operation box.

3. It is necessary to pay attention to the change in the processing capacity of the filter press at any time.

4. Lubricate the roller bearings of the belt conveyor regularly.

5. Pay attention to the replacement of the oil of the air compressor oil and the motor gearbox oil. The replacement time depends on the production line.

6. Check the rotating bearings of the filtrate pump and the bearings of the filter press equipment during operation, and pay attention to refilling the bearings with grease.
