In order to ensure the normal operation of the filter press and prolong its service life, it is very important to use and operate the filter press correctly.

At the same time, regular inspection, timely maintenance and maintenance should be carried out.

1, the correct selection of press cloth, not only to consider the clarification of the filtrate, but also to take into account the filtration efficiency.

The press cloth must be cleaned at the end of each operation to leave no residue on the cloth surface.

When the press cloth becomes hard, it should be softened. If damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

2,Check the sealing surface of the filter plate, and remove the residue on the sealing surface, so as to avoid slurry and liquid leakage during work.

Pay attention to protect the sealing surface, do not collide, it is better to stand when placed, can reduce deformation.

3, electrical control system such as failure, first cut off the power supply, stop repair or replace components.

Periodically test the insulation performance of electrical appliances.

4,The oil should be changed after one month of installation and use of the new machine, and the oil tank should be cleaned thoroughly.

After that, the oil tank should be cleaned once every six months and the hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be replaced. The hydraulic oil should meet the requirements.

The oil level is above the center of the liquid level line.

5,If the hydraulic cylinder fails or leaks (including the oil pipe joint), please refer to the drawing of the hydraulic cylinder. After disassembly, replace the ○ sealing ring and combined gasket.

6,The temperature of the filter material liquid is less than the rated temperature, generally less than 100℃. The material liquid shall not be mixed with sundries and hard things that can easily block the feed port, so as not to damage the press cloth.

7, material liquid, washing water and other valves, please open and close according to the operation procedure, do not mix.

8, after the end of the work should be timely and as far as possible in spite of the remaining material liquid in the road.

9, keep the machine and the surrounding environment clean.

Remove residual filtrate and filter cake from the machine in time.

The piston rod should be lubricated regularly.
