Working principle of rolling dehydrator:

     1. The untreated dregs are stacked on the ground for dehydration.

     2. The forklift shovels the residues of traditional Chinese medicine into the large funnel. The big hopper puts the material into the hopper of the dehydrator through the conveyor belt. Low labor intensity, convenient and fast.

      3. Then, the traditional Chinese medicine dregs were wrapped into the mechanical extrusion by the filter screen, and drained out of the filter cake after dehydration by three groups of strong pressure rollers.

      4. The discharged filter cake enters the conveyor belt and is transported to the stacking place for packaging and transportation.

5. The drainage capacity of filter cake is far lower than that before dehydration, and the most intuitive feeling is that the water can not be grasped by hand.
