This thickness can be used in a wide range without the need for a sludge chamber filter press. The filter can reach a normal working pressure of 25 MPa, and the filter plate is more wear-resistant and pressure resistant, and can even meet the requirements of a high-performance sludge chamber filter press, and can withstand the impact and pressure of hard objects. In addition, when the thickness of the filter plate reaches 60mm, the filter cake storage space of the filter plate also increases, the number of filter press gaps decreases, and the filtration efficiency of the sludge chamber filter press increases, and when the storage capacity of the filter cake increases , The filter cake is suitable for the gravity in the sludge chamber filter press, so it will not add too much load to the sludge chamber filter press.
