      Installation and debugging of plate and frame filter press

1. According to the size of the foot provided by the supplier, the embedded hole is designed and the two-time grouting method is adopted.
2. Enough space should be left around the filter press for easy operation and maintenance.
3. The filter press should be placed horizontally on the floor, and the rear roof is fixed on the foundation with the bottom bolt.

(Note: the bottom bolt is generally only fixed on the rear roof, due to the pull dry due to the pressure of the plate and frame to produce a certain downward bending, when the filter press press work, pull dry is straightened, resulting in a small amount of displacement, if both ends are fixed at the same time, may lead to pressure or damage to the frame.

4. The material and specification of the press cloth shall be determined according to the filtering material, pressure and temperature. The appropriate press cloth shall be selected.
5. The plate frame shall be neatly arranged on the frame as required, and the processed press cloth shall be neatly arranged on the filter plate. Pay attention to the correspondence between the feed hole and the rinse hole of the filter plate.
6. Connect the power supply and check whether it is normal.

Mechanical transmission should check whether the positive and negative rotation of the motor meets the requirements, whether the oil of the reducer and the oil cup of the machine head is filled, and whether the lubricating oil of the lead rod and the gear is added well.

Hydraulic transmission check gear pump running sound is normal, the hydraulic system has no leakage, piston rod in and out is stable.
