1. The embedded hole shall be designed according to the foot size provided by the supplier, and the twice grouting method shall be adopted.
2. There should be enough space around the filter press to facilitate operation and maintenance.
3. The filter press shall be placed horizontally on the floor, and the rear roof plate shall be fixed on the foundation with foot bolts. (Note: the bottom bolt is usually only fixed on the rear roof plate. Due to the pressure of the plate frame, it will bend downward to a certain extent due to the pressure of the plate frame. When the filter press is pressed, it will be straightened, resulting in a small amount of displacement. If both ends are fixed at the same time, it may cause the pressure not tight or damage the frame.
4. The material and specification of filter cloth shall be determined according to the material, pressure and temperature of filtration, and appropriate filter cloth shall be selected.
5. The plates and frames shall be arranged on the rack in accordance with the requirements, and the processed filter cloth shall be arranged on the filter plates in order. The feeding holes and rinsing holes between the filter plates shall be corresponding.
6. Turn on the power and check whether it is normal. For mechanical transmission, check whether the positive and negative rotation of the motor meets the requirements, whether the oil in the reducer and head oil cup is full, and whether the lubricating oil of screw rod and gear is well added. Hydraulic transmission inspection gear pump running sound is normal, hydraulic system leakage, piston rod in and out is smooth.
