   1. Before pressing the filter plate, be sure to arrange the filter plates neatly, close to the end of the thrust plate, and place parallel to the thrust plate to avoid bending and deformation of the main beam due to incorrect placement of the filter plate;
2. After the chamber high-pressure filter press is compressed, the slurry will start to work. The feed pressure must be controlled below the maximum filtration pressure (gauge pressure) calibrated on the factory nameplate, otherwise it will affect the chamber high-pressure filter press Normal use;

3. At the beginning of filtration, the feed valve should be opened slowly. At first, the filtrate is often turbid and then turns to clear, which is a normal phenomenon; 4. Slurry pump and feed valve, washing water pump and inlet valve, compressed air and intake valve Only one of them is allowed to open at the same time; 5. Due to the capillary action of the filter cloth fiber, it is normal for clear liquid to leak between the sealing surfaces of the filter plate during filtration;
6. When washing the filter cloth and filter plate/frame, be careful not to splash water on the power supply of the fuel tank;
7. When transporting or replacing the filter plate/frame, use appropriate force to prevent collision damage. It is strictly forbidden to hit or impact to prevent the filter plate/frame from rupturing. The position of the filter plate/frame must not be misplaced; do not remove the filter plate/frame without authorization during filtering, so as to avoid accidents due to insufficient cylinder stroke; after the filter plate/frame is broken, it should be replaced in time and cannot be used, otherwise it will cause other filters Cracked board/frame;

8. For the pipeline installation of the underflow model, the outlet pipe should not be higher than the outlet of the chamber high pressure filter press to reduce the outlet resistance during filtration and ensure that the outlet pipe is unblocked.
9. The upper and lower limits of the electric contact pressure gauge (DY) pointer have been adjusted at the factory, and the user generally does not need to move it. If the user wants to adjust the pressure, the lower limit is subject to no leakage, and the upper limit cannot exceed 27Mpa;
10. The high-pressure relief valve (YH) has been adjusted to 27Mpa before leaving the factory. If the user wants to adjust the nominal pressure of the cylinder by himself, the high-pressure relief valve ((YH) should all be loosened, and then start the plunger pump (B), slow Slowly adjust the high pressure relief valve (YH) to the required pressure, but never exceed 27Mpa;
11. The safety relief valve (YA) has been adjusted to 29Mpa before leaving the factory, and the user must not adjust it at will;
12. Hydraulic oil (YA-N46, YC-N46) should be filled into the oil tank through an air filter, and must reach the specified oil level. And to prevent sewage and debris from entering the oil tank to avoid rust and blockage of hydraulic components;
13. The electrical box should be kept dry, and the pressure gauges, solenoid valve coils and various electrical components should be inspected regularly to ensure that the machine is working properly. Turn off the air switch and cut off the power supply after shutdown.
14. Hydraulic components such as fuel tanks, cylinders, plunger pumps and overflow valves need to be cleaned regularly by the no-load operation cycle method. The chamber high-pressure filter press used in the general working environment is cleaned every six months and the working oil is filtered. The accuracy is 20um. After the new machine is used for 1-2 weeks, the hydraulic oil needs to be changed. When changing the oil, drain the dirty oil and scrub the oil tank. The second oil change cycle is one month, and the oil is changed every three months or so (also (The oil change interval can be extended or shortened according to the environment)
