According to the principle of clear turbidity and separation of tannery wastewater, the treatment process of tannery wastewater generally first collects chromium-containing and sulfur-containing wastewater separately for pretreatment, and uses biological and chemical treatment processes for comprehensive wastewater treatment to pretreat high concentration. The chromium-containing sewage is collected separately, and alkali precipitation is added for recovery; the high-concentration sulfur-containing sewage is separately collected and treated by catalytic oxidation desulfurization. Comprehensive treatment of other tannery wastewater (including pretreatment wastewater) is transported to the wastewater treatment plant through integrated pipelines for biological-chemical secondary treatment. The primary treatment of comprehensive sewage passes through the fine grid, aeration grit tank, adjustment tank and primary sedimentation tank to balance the water quality and quantity, and remove large-particle inorganic substances, part of COD and BOD. The secondary treatment is biological treatment, the traditional activated sludge method, the plug flow reactor, and the pollutants in the blast aerated sewage are degraded or removed to a large extent at this stage. After the chemical treatment, the sewage enters the chemical pond for chemical coagulation and precipitation, and the coagulant is basic aluminum chloride and the inclined pipe is used for precipitation. SS and COD in the sewage are further reduced. Sludge treatment The primary sludge, surplus sludge and chemical sludge produced in the sewage treatment process are concentrated and concentrated. After gravity concentration and sludge conditioning, they enter the integrated belt filter press for thickening and dewatering, and the filtrate is heavy. In the sewage treatment system, the filter cake is transported and processed by the local environmental protection department.
