For mechanical palm oil dehydration, when the purified palm oil pump is put into the tank until it is full of the highest indirect steam pipe, i.e. open the air valve to let in steam, when the temperature is heated to 100 ° C, control the amount of steam entering, and keep the oil temperature between 100 ° C and 105 ° C for dehydration. When the oil surface is still, there is no blister and the oil is clear and transparent, close the air valve and start to drain and filter when the oil temperature drops to 90 ° C.

Before filtering oil, the filter cloth of the filter press device needs to be placed flat without crease, the cake should be screwed tightly, all the cocks of the mechanism should be opened, then the dehydration tank should be opened, the cake of the oil drain valve should be opened randomly, the motor switch should be started, and the oil pump oil should enter the filter. When the oil flows out of the cocks, it should be properly controlled to keep the flow of oil evenly. During the initial filtration, the filtered oil will be clarified. At this time, the filtered oil can be pumped to the oil storage tank. In the process of oil filtration, it is generally carried out under the pressure of 3kgf / C ㎡, and it is necessary to frequently check whether the oil from each filter plate cock is clean or not, which is often caused by the rupture of individual filter cloth The oil is turbid and affects the whole oil purification. At this time, the plug of the filter plate must be closed immediately to stop the filter plate. When the filter slag in the small room of the filter plate will be full, the resistance of the filter slag layer, and the pressure is over 4.5kgf/c ㎡, the filter press needs to stop and clean up. In the case of equipped with a compressed air machine and before disassembling, the oil pressure in the filter residue must be discharged through compressed air to reduce the loss of residual oil in the filter residue. Then unscrew the pressing mechanism, loosen the filter plate, take down the filter cloth, remove the filter residue on the filter plate frame, replace the filter cloth, and install it again until the oil continues to be filtered.
