Ceramic slurry pump:Our ceramic slurry is the best selection to transfer abrasive and big particle media due to its wetted parts are made of the latest ceramic materials with high hardness, good wear resistance and service life of 3-5 times longer than that of metal, which greatly reduce on-site maintenance frequency and save material costs, achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase. A wide range of models can be selected, with parameters covering a maximum flow of 2000m3/hr and a maximum head of 120m. The external installation dimensions can be consistent with the ZJ series, ZGB series, and Warman series, making on-site replacement convenient.

Special ceramic wetted parts have a service life of 3-10 times longer than that of wear-resistant metal alloy Cr28.
The shaft seal adopts a patented mechanical seal with over 50 years of experience and fully possessing independent intellectual property rights, ensuring “no leakage”.
The bearing lubrication method adopts patented grease lubrication technology with independent intellectual property rights, completely solving the problem of “running, emitting, dripping, and leaking” in thin oil lubrication, making the pump cleaner and more stable in operation.
After the assembly of the main components such as the transmission part and binding plate in the imported machining center, the vibration performance of the pump is excellent, resulting in a longer service life of mechanical seals and bearings.
A simpler structure (integrating traditional pump casing, front guard plate, rear guard plate, and sheath) makes maintenance more convenient, fast, and efficient, saving 70% of labor costs.

Factory inspection and performance guarantee

Performance guarantee: based on the parameters provided by user, we will select a special ceramic slurry pump that is more suitable for the on-site working conditions to ensure the normal operation of the slurry pump and meet the design performance requirements.
Balance test: after each impeller is completed, a balance test is conducted to meet the standards before installation and use.
Factory testing: our company has an automated testing platform for slurry pumps, which ensures that each slurry pump undergoes a clear water test for no less than 2 hours before leaving the factory. Only after meeting relevant standards and contract parameters can it be delivered, and all experimental parameters (flow, pressure or head, speed, current, valve opening, etc.) are automatically uploaded to the cloud system for inspection.
