Wastewater generated from the ceramic equipments washing or tile squaring, polishing process will be drained to a pool, and big suspensions will be blocked out before the wastewater pool by a mesh. When wastewater level inside the pool reaches a certain upper limit, the wastewater pump will be activated and pump the wastewater to wastewater silo.
The wastewater silo with its unique interior structural design enables wastewater to react with the solution and get separated. Clean water from the outlet weir at the top of the silo is discharged to the clean water silo, while sludge is settled over the cone at the bottom of the silo. The valve at the bottom of the wastewater silo is closed or opened automatically according to the upper and lower limits of the sludge pool, so that wastewater inside the silo can take sufficient time in reacting with the solution, and clean water can be discharged from the outlet weir. Clean water after secondary settlement of treated wastewater inside the clean water silo can be reused in production process directly. Foul water at the bottom of the clean water silo will be discharged once for a comparatively long time, and settlements will be drained when the valve is opened automatically or manually.
Sludge at the bottom of the wastewater silo and the clean water silo will be discharged to the sludge mixing pool and send to filter press for sludge dewatering and get dry cake for easy handling.
