(1) Take off the cleaning head of the water needle, take out the cleaning brush, and turn on the flushing water;

(2) Increase the height of the water pump in the clean water tank to avoid pumping the sediment at the bottom into the nozzle blocking;

      The compressed air produced by the air compressor contains more oil and water, which is easy to cause water accumulation and air leakage of the control valve, the decrease of the air pressure of the pneumatic triplet, and the two position five way valve of the cylinder does not work. Therefore, the quality of compressed air is the key to the stable operation of sludge filter press. The solution to this problem is very simple. A gas dryer can be installed at the air outlet of the air compressor or a gas filter with filter element installed at the inlet of the gas storage tank. The water is often drained and the pressure difference of the gas filter is checked, and the filter element is replaced in time.
