The fixing nut is loose: check the nut, if it is severely worn, it should be replaced, and the looser should be applied and tightened.
The pneumatic pipeline is loose and leaking: treat and tighten the pipeline joints.
Relay is damaged: repair or replace.
The cleaning work is not good: check the power source, check the pressure and related originals, and replace them if they are damaged.
The speed of the claw operation is too fast or too slow: check the corresponding throttle body.
Insufficient pull claw power can not pull the filter plate: check the pressure relief valve, the set pressure of the relief valve is 45Pa.
The machine is not in place when it is turned off: check whether the proximity switch is good and whether there is a problem with the circuit.
The claw cannot be returned after work: check whether the proximity switch is in good condition, whether the circuit is faulty, and whether the module is damaged.
Leakage during cleaning work: This is due to excessive speed, improper adjustment of the throttle valve, and improper adjustment of the brake.
The head plate is tilted: check and adjust the proximity switch, check whether its installation position has changed, and clean the filter plate.
No water during cleaning: check whether the belt is broken, check whether the valve body is damaged, check whether the parameters set by the inverter are correct, check whether the squeeze pump is working properly, whether the outlet valve of the squeeze pump is open, and whether the squeeze pump water pipe is damaged , Whether the filter plate is damaged, whether the squeezed return valve is not closed in place or even cannot be closed, whether the liquid level sensor is damaged, the liquid level of the squeeze bucket cannot be automatically replenished in time, and the liquid level of the squeeze bucket is too low and the filter press The pressure of high wind pressure cannot reach 7Pa. Check whether the setting of the extrusion pump and the human feed pump are in the automatic position, and check whether the setting value of the sensor is correct or not.

The feeding pressure is low and the material cannot be supplied. At this time, it may be that the feeding valve cannot be opened or the valve opening is too small, the feeding transportation pipeline is blocked, the return valve is not closed, and the feeding pump control inverter setting parameters are incorrect. The feed pump drive belt slips or breaks, and the impeller in the feed pump is seriously damaged.
