During the filtering process of the filter press, the filtered fluid is continuously input into the equipment. There is a large amount of filtrate in the pipes and paths of the equipment, and there are some filter cakes in the filter chamber, and the hydraulic system is in normal working condition. Under the pressure, extremely strong pressure is applied to the filter plate. When this state suddenly changes due to the loss of power, it is a very important issue for the filter press and needs to be handled correctly.

Due to the sudden power failure, in addition to the pressure system and control system of the filter press, the feed pump is not sending filtrate, but there is a large amount of filtrate in the pipeline and equipment path, and the hydraulic system still maintains a high pressure state. , And the pressure cannot be reduced quickly. All these problems need to be dealt with immediately.

First, clear the filtrate from the equipment. Starting from the feed pump to the filter press outlet, all parts that may contain filtrate in the middle need to be disassembled for cleaning to prevent the filtrate from drying in the equipment, solidifying and blocking all key parts of the equipment , To prevent these problems from expanding when the filter press starts again, causing damage to the equipment. It is worth noting that for the cleaning of the filter chamber, the pressure of the pressure system needs to be removed first, the operating lever of the hydraulic system is controlled to be in the backward position, and the filter press pushing plate is returned by other methods, and then a piece of One filter plate is loosened, and the entire filter plate and filter cloth will be washed with clean water. After cleaning, please dry it as soon as possible.

I believe that as long as the above points are achieved, the sudden power failure will no longer be a big problem for the filter press, and the filter press afterwards will still work like the previous filter press.
