    Safety Regulations for Belt Filter Press:

1 The operator must be familiar with the working principle and technical characteristics of the belt filter press, and understand the basic working principle of the belt filter press process system and related electrical equipment.
2. The operating driver must be trained, familiar with the “Instructions for Use” and “Operation Instructions” of the belt filter press, pass the examination, and obtain the operating certificate before taking the certificate.
3. Those who drink alcohol, those who are in poor mental state and are in extremely bad mood within the first four hours of the class are not allowed to be assigned to work. Drinking, sleeping and leaving work are strictly prohibited during the class.
4. Wear labor protection equipment before starting the job. No slippers or high heels are allowed to go to work. Female workers must put their long hair into their hats.

5. The main motor speed governor switch must be reset to zero before driving. It is strictly forbidden to start the main motor before the speed governor switch is reset. The filter belt of the belt filter must run in the specified direction (forward direction).
6. The equipment should be started with no load and overload operation is strictly prohibited. The processing capacity (feeding amount), filter cake thickness, filter belt tightness and speed should not exceed the specified values.
7. The feed and cloth of the belt press should be kept uniform and stable, and effective and impurity removal measures must be taken for the feed. It is strictly forbidden for coarse particles, large materials and other debris to enter the filter belt of the filter press.
8. The instruments and meters on each system of the equipment must be sensitive and reliable, indicating normal, and various indicating parameters (such as wind pressure, water pressure, live pressure, voltage, current, etc.) during the operation of the equipment must not exceed the specified values.

9. During operation, the filter belt has serious deviation, the filter belt is torn, the filter belt does not rotate, or the serious failure of other mechanical equipment must be stopped.
10. Equipped with necessary fire-fighting facilities on the post, and keep all fire-fighting facilities complete and reliable at all times.
11. Operate the equipment in strict accordance with the operating procedures. Do not open and close electrical switches with wet hands, and operate with bare hands. It is strictly forbidden to operate illegally, refuse illegal commands, and report abnormalities and hidden safety hazards in time.

12. The operation log and maintenance record of the equipment must be filled out, recorded clearly, and kept complete.
13. The flocculant addition system should take anti-skid measures. When the feeding is stopped, the filter belt and the equipment around it should be rinsed clean.
