Two working principle
The dehydration process of the belt press can be divided into four important stages: pretreatment, gravity dehydration, wedge zone dehydration and squeezing dehydration. The sludge is pumped to the mud-drug mixer through the sludge pump, and is fully mixed by the dosing flocculation reaction, and then sent to the belt press. After gravity wedge dewatering, pre-pressing, and squeezing dehydration, it becomes mud cakes, and the mud cakes are discharged by the mud unloading device . 1. Pretreatment stage: is the process of mixing the original mud with the flocculant. 2. Gravity dehydration stage: The flocculated material is added to the filter belt through a pump, so that the free water between the flocs is separated from the flocs under the action of gravity, and the water content of the sludge flocs is gradually reduced and the fluidity becomes worse. The gravity dehydration section removes most of the water in the sludge.

3. Wedge-shaped pre-pressing dewatering stage: After the sludge is dewatered by gravity, the fluidity becomes significantly worse, but it is still difficult to meet the requirements of the sludge fluidity in the press dewatering section. Therefore, between the sludge dewatering section and the gravity dewatering section, A wedge-shaped pre-pressing dewatering section is added. After the sludge is dewatered by slight squeezing in this section, the fluidity is almost completely lost. This ensures that the sludge will not be squeezed out in the dewatering section under normal conditions. Create conditions for squeezing and dehydration.
4. Press dewatering stage: After the sludge enters the press dewatering roller, under the action of the tension of the filter belt, the upper and lower filter belts sandwich the filter cake around the press roller for repeated squeezing and shearing, removing a lot of capillary Use water to gradually reduce the water content of the filter cake.
