The basic requirements and standards of belt filter press products

      Products should comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

The selected materials and purchased parts should have the qualification certificate of the supplier.

The welding seam of the weldment shall meet the requirements of JB/T 5943.

For parts and components using ordinary metal materials, the steel should be processed to reach the Sa2 1/2 level specified in GB/T 8923, and then thermally sprayed, and then painted with heavy anti-corrosion coatings. Parts in contact with corrosive media, Its quality should meet the requirements of JB/T 7217.The surface of the drive roller and the correction roller should be rubberized, and the rubber mechanical properties should meet the requirements of Table 1.
