When a certain amount of waste water enters the pump port, the filter cloth will be happy to accept all kinds of dirt. It would be a relatively proud feeling to see pure water flowing out of the filter cloth.
Before cleaning the plate and frame filter press, it is necessary to understand the nature of the filter cloth filtrate in order to choose the corresponding cleaning method. Soak the filter cloth in weakly alkaline water for 10-24 hours. Then repeatedly wipe the filter cloth, rinse with clean water, and dry to 90%, and then use it again. Secondly, when cleaning the plate and frame filter press, manual methods can be used. Remove the filter from the frame and immerse it in water. Repeatedly rub with your hands and add detergent. You can also use a brush, household shoe brush, etc. to gently wipe the impurities on the filter cloth. After brushing your teeth, please rinse with clean water.
When the filter cloth of the plate and frame filter press equipment is acidic, it can be immersed in an alkaline solution. If the filter cloth is alkaline, it can be immersed in an acidic solution. After everything is normal, the plate and frame filter press can only filter by pressing the filter plate. The pressure and temperature in the filtration process should be within the specified range. Do not mix in impurities; after removing the filter cake, clean the filter cloth and filter plate. There must be no residue on the sealing surface or the feed channel, otherwise it will affect the smooth feeding of the plate and frame filter press and the sealing of the filter plate. Unbalanced pressure on both sides of the filter plate can cause deformation and damage the filter plate.

The selection of filter cloth should meet the technical requirements of filtrate filtration. The new filter cloth should shrink before installation, and its pore size should be smaller than the pore size of the filter plate. When used with a plate and frame filter press, the opening of the cloth and the feed hole of the plate hole should be relatively concentric, and should be close to the cylinder wall, otherwise it will cause unclear filtration, low filtration speed and rupture of the cloth bucket. Will not be able to achieve the expected filtering purpose.

The plate and frame filter press can only be fed after the equipment is normally debugged. The transmission part of the mechanical press and reducer should be filled with lubricating oil; the oil storage in the oil tank and the working pressure of the hydraulic station should be checked by the hydraulic press, and the hydraulic oil is usually replaced once a year. If there is a small amount of hydraulic oil, please add it in time. When replacing the hydraulic oil of the plate and frame filter press, please pay attention to the following: The hydraulic system should be cleaned. The working pressure of the hydraulic station should be less than the high working pressure of the oil cylinder, but should not be less than the rated value of the filter pressure. If it is too small, it will cause a large amount of leakage and damage to the parts.
