      1. The debris inside and outside the belt press must be thoroughly cleaned up before starting work, especially hard objects should not be discarded on the filter screen, otherwise the filter screen will be crushed and damaged during operation.

2. Maintain the main engine and its auxiliary equipment. When repairing, work must be done in a power-off state to avoid accidents such as electric shock or mechanical damage.

3. When the effect of the flocculation reaction is not ideal, or even very poor, the quality of the dissolving system, the dosing system and the flocculant should be checked, the type of selection, the concentration of the preparation and the concentration of the sludge, the composition, and the acid-base problems that may be caused. When it is serious, contact the Chinese technical staff for assistance.

4. The filter cake is not easy to be scraped off from the filter screen, or there is still more sludge attached to the filter screen after scraping. At this time, the sludge flocculation reaction effect should be checked, and the mixing ratio and flow rate of the sludge pump and the chemical liquid pump should be properly adjusted to make The water and mud reaction are separated thoroughly.

5. After the filter screen passes through the cleaning device, when the surface of the filter belt and a large amount of residual sludge block the gap of the screen surface, the machine should be shut down to dredge the nozzles thoroughly to keep the high-pressure water spraying smooth and uniform. Otherwise it will seriously affect the water permeability of the filter, and directly affect the degree and output of the filter biscuits.

6. The filter tensioning and correction device must be sensitive and reliable, otherwise it will damage or reduce the use of the filter.

7. Before shutting down, the filter should be cleaned in time before shutting down, so as to prevent the residual sludge from drying on the surface of the filter and making it difficult to clean.
