     Initial extrusion dewatering: after gravity dewatering, the sludge is subject to a series of fixed size rollers to gradually increase the pressure of extruded sludge to achieve the preliminary dewatering effect.

     High efficiency dewatering: the sludge after initial extrusion enters a series of fixed size main rollers and auxiliary rollers in order to gradually increase the extrusion pressure of sludge, so as to obtain better dewatering effect.

     High pressure shear dewatering: in this area, the back angle of roller arrangement decreases, which increases the pressure of sludge extrusion, and reduces the moisture content of sludge cake due to proper pressure increase.

     Sludge cake scraping: the scraper is close to the upper and lower filter cloth respectively, and the tightness can be adjusted by spring to achieve the purpose of full scraping.
